Rear Adm Vijay Kumar Malhotra,

Rear Admiral Vijay Kumar Malhotra is a decorated retired officer of the Indian Navy known for establishing a radio station in Antarctica and rescuing a crew from a burning oil tanker. He was awarded the "Vishisht Seva" medal and the "Ati Vishisht Seva" medal. He authored "Time, Tide, and Tradition" and currently works with the International Committee of the Red Cross in International Humanitarian Law. He has participated in multiple wars and peacekeeping missions.

Lt Gen Sanjiv Chopra,
AVSM, VSM (Retd.)
Lt. Gen. Sanjiv Chopra, a retired officer of the Indian Army recognised for his strategic acumen and operational expertise, has led significant military operations. He is the Chief Executive of Tata Trusts Cancer Care Programme. His leadership has greatly enhanced the operational capabilities of the Army Medical Corps.

Dr. Belinda Bennet
Dr. Belinda Bennett has over three decades of experience in child rights and women's empowerment. As the founder of Sakthi-Vidiyal, she also serves as Chief International Program Officer for the Christian Children’s Fund of Canada and collaborates with the Katie Wilcox Education Association and Voice Foundation. She is a transformative leader in developing inclusive policies and practices.

Dr. Mamta Dhawan
Dr. Mamta Dhawan is an expert in veterinary science with 30 years of experience in animal health systems. She specialises in poverty alleviation, gender mainstreaming, and advocacy concerning livestock policies and livelihoods. Her innovative animal health programs have significantly improved animal welfare standards.

Prof. Dr. Suresh S. Honnappagol is a distinguished academic in veterinary sciences, having held numerous prestigious positions, including Animal Husbandry Commissioner. He has significantly contributed to veterinary education and policy-making in India. His work has been pivotal in advancing sustainable development practices in animal welfare.
